  Excellent service - arranged a van hire for one day (Saturday to Sunday) , got a call on the Friday from the manager at the Romford branch to offer me the van a day earlier free of charge because a customer had returned it earlier. Super service.

  They held on to my deposit for two months, without a good reason. I changed debit, showed them ID in addition to driving licence and they still wouldn't return my money. Well dodgy!
