  I had a really bad experience at the x-ray department which also does ultrasound. It says emergency all over the x-ray part and is not obvious that it's outpatient as well. I was 20 minutes exactly late for my appointment. The appointment slots are 20 minutes. They said I could not go in for my appointment because I was on the dot exactly 20 minutes late. I take full responsibility for my lack of time management. They're going to send me another appointment in the post. I had originally an ultrasound planned for New Year's Day, they phoned the emergency number instead of my number to cancel the appointment, it was on New Year's Eve and all my family thought I was in emergency in Queen's Hospital because they did not say what it was about. When I got through to them on phone they were so rude to me and said they just phone landline first as protocol, I think it's a stupid rule, I got them to delete the emergency number. It's been over three months since I've fractured my finger and damaged a tendon and I have not had help from the NHS for this, it hurts my heart (emotionally)
  I have also had incredibly negative experiences with the mental health team and going into suicidal crisis in A&E but I don't really want to go into that, but they have discharge me why I have been actively suicidal alone. To be honest I am frightened of the NHS and I think it's collapsing in on itself, I think there is a lack of funding and training. I do not trust the competentency of the staff. Queen's Hospital in general has got a very bad reputation. The only good experience I've ever had if I found out you can donate your brain when there was a stall there once talking about this, I am adding it to my will as I think it will be beneficial for research.
