  Can't fault the service we received from Floors 2u, been meaning to write this for a while. We needed flooring for the whole of the bottom floor of our house just before Christmas. Everywhere was giving us a timeline of supplying and laying after Christmas, we had been let down loads with the work happening on our house and needed a break. They were so helpful right from the get go and helped us choose a highly recommended floor, for half the price we had been looking at. Taff came round the next day to measure. He had fitters come around and assess the work needed (we hadn't choose the simplest flooring to lay) and they agreed they could fit us in around their already busy schedule. The fitters where absolutely lovely and the floor looks fantastic. We had a perfect Christmas. Thanks Floors 2U, we will be back for our upstairs carpet in the near future. Very satisfied customers.

  Brilliant customer service and well spoken over the phone. When I got my carpet fitted the fitters made me feel comfortable and did a good job too. Would defiantly recommend to anyone!
