  Disgusting trying to get hold of someone on the phone in store to find out where my order is no one will answer the phone and then someone did answer the phone then cut it off straight away and then sent me a voicemail with the music playing as if I’ve been put on hold... disgusting customer service will not be using them again!!!! Would not even give them a star if I could!

  The staff is very rude. I called about a parcel that was delivered and she hung up on me. Called again and she picked up without talking to me, trying to frustrate me and I was left to listen to the staff having a conversation. I have to contact the store manager over twitter!

  Chloe extremely aggressive and rude. 3.45pm on a Sunday telling me that she will not serve anyone as she finishes at 4pm. When asked about very dismissive and said "I am just not." And walks off. New low in customer service. Needless to say this store will not get further custom from me.
