  After being polite and courteous when my daughter and I went to the store to buy a pram, this store has completely let itself down, with it's after sales, customer service.
  The stress and upset caused to my 6 month pregnant daughter, was totally unacceptable.
  I am sorry to say, we will not be purchasing any other items from this store.
  Since originally writing this review the store owner has apologised.
